Active Aging Week: Changing the Way We Age "Dimensions of Wellness" !

To kick off Active Aging Week: Changing the Way We Age, VMRC is offering a Dimensions of Wellness fair in VMRC's Main Street (inside) from 1:30-3:00 pm on Monday, September 30. Everyone is invited to visit the various booths, participate in the activities, learn about your wellbeing, and how departments across VMRC can positively impact your personal wellness journey. 
Guests are welcome.
