During a difficult or complicated time, members may call on the Care Support Committee to assess needs, help coordinate VV services, and offer relevant community service referrals. Examples of times when this service might be helpful: preparing for hospitalization and recuperation, dealing with short-term illnesses, and/or need for help in accessing both VV and community services.

This is a program that pairs Valley Village members who make brief daily contacts with each other in order to facilitate help in the event of an emergency. It is a program especially helpful for single-person households or in situations where a spouse is unable to seek help in an emergency. Once you submit this form, you will be contacted within a week regarding a daily check-in partner.

The purpose of Just One Call is to provide occasional assistance to Valley Village members who are not able to manage certain tasks well on their own. Volunteers provide transportation or home-based services to members.

Please provide at least 48 hours notice to schedule a volunteer service.

Paid vendor referral may be suggested when appropriate.

All providers have been contacted and consent to inclusion in this list. Valley Village is in no way responsible for the outcome of the work of any person or company in the list.
