About this event
The winter months can often challenge our emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well being. Connecting with others can be helpful. The circle process will provide an opportunity for a "temperature" check-in and to share practices that sustain us in challenging times.
Come join our facilitators Elena Zook Barge and Carolyn Yoder in our monthly Wellness Circles in December, January, and February.
