Winter Wellness Circles
About this event
The winter months can often challenge our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. Connecting with others can be helpful.
The circle process will provide an opportunity to check-in with each other and to share practices that sustain us in challenging times.
Come join facilitator Elaine Zook Barge in a circle process from 2:00 to 3:30 on the following Thursdays at 2:00 pm: December 11, January 8, and February 12. Come to one, come to two, or come to all three.
Location: Community Mennonite Church, 70 S. High Street, Harrisonburg. Room 109. Enter through north side doors where ramp is located. Park anywhere in the church lot.
No registration is required and guests are welcome.
