Valley Village's Gentle Yoga series continues in 2026!
If you haven't yet had a chance to join any of the classes, you can do something kind for yourself during the upcoming cold winter months.
We continue to meet on Wednesday mornings from 10:30 to 11:30 at PVMC. The dates for the next sessions are: January 7,14, 21, 28 and February 4, 11, 18, 25. You can choose to sign up for all eight, or for the 4-week option which allows you to pick and choose which four days you'd like to attend.
Our Gentle Yoga is designed by instructor Lisen Reichenbach (RYT 500) specifically for Valley Village Members with varied ranges of yoga experience, and classes are open only to our members. Classes are Hatha Yoga, with chairs as an optional prop for balance.
Modifications to the poses are encouraged and will be taught. If you've never tried yoga before, this is a safe way to start. More experienced yogis are also welcome.
Please bring your own mat, strap and blocks. Liability waiver and medical form to be completed in class if this is your first time to attend.
Each member must register themselves; you cannot register another member.
Option 1. Full 8-week session, January 7 for $64.00?$8 per class. (You can register on any event date)
Option 2. 4-week session, any 4 classes during the series for $40.00/$10 per class. (You can register on any event date).
